Small Meetings and Conferences

The Homestead dining room makes an elegant and peaceful venue for a board or business meeting. There are many additional spaces that can be used as break-out or workshop area, such as the Living Room and the Den. For relaxing or gathering, there is the casual kitchen/family area and gracious living room, not to mention the shady verandah, sweeping gardens and pool courtyard.

 

The Homestead has six bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, so can accommodate six delegates as singles or with partners. By utilising the Cottage and Hut as well, this increases to nine guest rooms. One bedroom in the Homestead and one in the Cottage can be configured as a twin if required.

Functions

With stunning coastal views and picture perfect backdrops, The Homestead and garden are the perfect setting for memorable events such as cocktail parties, corporate entertaining, friends and family reunions or fun house parties. Small corporate groups can either use the Homestead on its own or combine it with the use of The Studio. 

For Weddings the Homestead can be the perfect place for the bridal party to stay during the final preparations for the big day.  Cape South is a perfect location for getting to and from wedding venues in and around Havelock North.

 

Altenatively the elegant Homestead and expansive gardens make it a beautiful venue for an intimate ceremony and reception.
